i saw a molecule
in your eye
maybe ‘twas a reflection
i had no microscope
just an open heart
and this is only the start
for what i saw
looking in your eye
magnetized my skin
unleashed the power
of my brain
beyond these cranial walls
unlocked the door
the discover more
beyond cavalcade falls
deep within
the forest of your eye
or could it be
a jungle
i wandered ‘round
lush tree and vine
and flowers beyond compare
i wandered on and on
it seems
yet time ne’er
ticked nor passed
i wandering on and on
and yet
never could be lost
within the jungle
of your eye
a certain comfort lies
i saw a molecule
in your eye
